A new tech/startup podcast called Predicting Our Future where serial entrepreneur Andrew Weinreich predicts the next revolutions in technology in a variety of verticals by speaking with leading CEOs and identifying massive opportunities for entrepreneurs. You can submit your own companies to participate and to be interviewed for the podcast.

MILESTONE I:
THINKING BIG & AVENUES FOR GROWTH

WIN’s core value is to think big and the Lab is dedicated to empowering the WINners to scale their ventures. In preparation for the first milestone, the WINners must identify key avenues of growth for their businesses. Milestone I culminates with a pitch that outlines their growth plans, metrics, and the design of these market tests. 

 

MILESTONE III:
REPORT TO THE BOARD

Phase I culminates in a growth plan pitch. Based on the results from their beta tests, the WINners will present their growth vision, avenues for growth, and overall plan to scale during Phase II of the Lab. The pitch includes three year financial projections, a refined marketing and sales plan, and finally a gap analysis that identifies what the business needs to scale. These pitches will be delivered and evaluated during the Phase I Report to the Board session

MILESTONE II:
CUSTOMER ACQUISITION

Milestone II is focused on the key driver of growth: customer acquisition. WINners are expected to refine their go-to-market sales and marketing plans throughout Phase I of the Lab. To fulfill this milestone, WINners must create a refined pitch that shows: key customer acquisition activities, timeline, and budget for the upcoming year. In addition, WINners must develop an action plan focused on building and growing sales channels.
